The Apartment

The private apartment we offer is one of nine in a recently erected building on a small residential development about half a mile from the center of the village of Medulin.

The spacious, air conditioned accommodation sleeps 2 + 2 and includes a good sized double / twin bedroom, shower room, kitchen dining and lounge area. All the furniture is new as are the cooking and eating utensils. There is a cooker, hob and fridge. A large private balcony overlooks the sea and is equipped with table, chairs and a parasol.The well maintained grounds contain a gated parking area and garages.

The apartment is just 100m from the sea, and only a short walk from Medulin's many shops, restaurants and bars.
